Intimacy with Grace leads to the progressive loss of the power of the sense of a separate self. Intimacy, or Union, is the Gift of Grace. Grace is the Mystery drawing us to Itself, our Home, our Love, our True Self. This Union is not merely a feeling of Oneness or an experience of being One; rather, this Union is prior to and within all states of mind and sensation. This Union is prior to all expressions of religious faith. Who you truly are is neither religious nor irreligious. This Intimatic Grace leads to the unconditioned nature of our True Being, our Original Innocence. We discover that we are Love seeking Love, not out of the lack characteristic of the illusion of a separate self, but a seeking out of the Fulness that One already is Grace participating in Grace. We each, regardless of what we think or feel at any point of time, are One-with-Love-in-Love. The life we seek to give up, we find, is a life we never had and never were, or could have or could be. We Are, together, already.
